The All-Inclusive Package
Food Included:
• Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the Cloisters restaurant served between 07:00-10:00 hrs.
• Lunch: Served daily at Ritual Lounge Soma (pool bar) between 12:00-15:00 hrs.
• Dinner: Buffet dinner in the Cloisters restaurant served between 19:00-21:30 hrs.
• A la carte dinner: Served once per week at Central Café, once at Sale e Pepe and once at Asian sushi Pepper bar. The dining hours are from 18:00-20:30, last order at 20:00.
Prior reservation is required at all restaurants.
Reservations for the following days must be booked the latest by 23:00 a day before through the Information Kiosk, which is located in the lobby area.
• Cold Snacks: at Ritual Lounge Soma between 10:00-12:00 hrs and 15:00-18:00 hrs.
• Hot Snacks: at Ritual Lounge Soma between 10:00-12:00 hrs and 15:00-18:00 hrs.
• Cone Ice Cream at Ritual Lounge Soma between 10:00-18:00 hrs.
Drinks Included:
From 10:00-23:00 hrs at the Ritual Lounge Soma (Pool Bar) and at selected restaurants during dinner.
• Selection of branded alcoholic drinks (from our All Inclusive menu ) • Rich variety of flavorsome cocktails: (from our All Inclusive menu )
• Draught beer
• House wines (red, white, rose, served by glass)
• House sparkling wine, served by glass

Sports Facilities: Use of the ‘Aqua Health Club’ from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.

• All exclusive branded spirits or liquors.
• Freshly squeezed and pure fruit juices, crisps and pre-packaged ice-creams.
• All sparkling wines (except house sparkling wine)
• Telephone, laundry
• PLEASE NOTE THAT WRISTBANDS ARE TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
• OUR HOTEL STAFF IS DIRECTED TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE NOT WEARING THE BAND.
• LOST AND DESTROYED BANDS WILL BE CHARGED AT €2:00
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The all inclusive is available only at the mentioned restaurants. Any consumption of food or beverage in restaurants not included in this scheme will be charged extra.
• Room service is not part of all inclusive.
• To ensure that all guests on the all inclusive option have an opportunity to enjoy all the facilities we kindly request you to adhere to the specified time limits listed above.
• The all-inclusive facility applies only to the guests who have booked this option. Drinks and food cannot be obtained or offered for third persons who are not on an all-inclusive basis. Should this be abused it will result in the all inclusive facility being withdrawn.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse the service of alcohol to anyone under 18 and to discontinue to serve alcohol to anyone who has consumed excessive amounts resulting in behavior disruptive to other guests or staff.
• Guests visiting a restaurant without a reservation will be charged at full price.
• A maximum of one drink per person per order will be served at any time and with the condition that previous drink is consumed.
• All sports activities are dependant on availability and weather conditions.
