Our pizzas and calzones are cooked in a traditional firewood driven oven giving that authentic Italian taste and smell resulting from the contact with the bricks, which are heated by the direct combustion of wood. Ensuring that your pizza has that fragrant aroma and wonderful crispy taste that you can only encounter in traditional Italian dining places.

Pasta and Risotto

We offer a wide pasta choice, which can be ordered with classic preparations like Spaghetti Bolognese; our perfectly prepared spaghetti served with a sauce of aromatic veal mincemeat and sun ripe tomatoes, or Spaghetti al Pesto; Spaghetti served with home-made basil pesto sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and pine nuts. The menu includes traditional plates like Lasagne and Carbonara as well as authentic risottos with a local twist.

Italian Classics

Sale e Pepe also has a selection of Italian classics delicious and generous hearty meals such as the Filetto di Manzo which is a beef fillet over truffled potatoes puree, glazed vegetables and wild mushroom sauce and the traditional Osso Buco which is a juicy lamb shank slow cooked with garden vegetables, red wine in tomato sauce and fennel cream.
